aa9 Terms and Conditions

Welcome to aa9. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the aa9 platform ("Platform", "we", "us") and any person who uses it ("User", "you", "your"). These Terms cover all services, gaming activities, financial transactions, and promotional offers on aa9.

By registering on the aa9 platform or using its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform.

1.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on aa9, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must provide a valid and active mobile number and email address.
• Each person may only open one account. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must confirm that you are playing for yourself and with your own money.

1.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out using your account. If you believe your account details have been exposed to a third party, you must notify our support team immediately.

• Sharing your account details with any other person is strictly prohibited.
• Managing your account through a third party is not permitted.
• If any suspicious activity is detected, aa9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the account.

1.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

aa9 reserves the right to verify users' identities to ensure security and prevent fraud. The following information or documents may be requested during the identity verification process:

• A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• A recent proof of address with photo.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay).

aa9 reserves the right to hold withdrawal processing until identity verification is complete.

2.1 Deposits

The following conditions apply when depositing funds into aa9:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 for each payment method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits are only permitted from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Withdrawals

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal processing time: Generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the payment account from which the deposit was made.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings derived from bonuses.
• aa9 reserves the right to hold or cancel withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

2.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on aa9 are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported. There is currently no facility for currency conversion. All balances, bonuses, and winnings are displayed in Taka.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. The following conditions must be met to receive this bonus:

• A wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) must be met to receive the welcome bonus. That means, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing.
• The bonus will be cancelled if it is not used within the specified period.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to any other account.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per person, per device, and per IP address.

3.2 General Bonus Policy

• aa9 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If fraud or irregular betting patterns are detected in fulfilling bonus requirements, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Taking advantage of bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The use of bonuses may be restricted on certain games — please see the detailed terms of each offer.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance are applied before the cash balance.

3.3 VIP Program

The aa9 VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier is determined based on usage patterns and activity on aa9. aa9 reserves the right to change VIP program terms and benefits at any time.

4.1 Betting Policy

The following general rules apply when placing bets on aa9:

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If the result of any game remains undetermined due to a technical error, aa9 reserves the right to refund the stake for that bet.
• Coordinated betting (syndicate betting) from multiple accounts on the same event is prohibited.
• Any attempt to influence the outcome of a game or event is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Fair Play

aa9 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The games on our platform are operated using audited technology and encryption.

• Attempting to manipulate game results or exploiting software vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any scripts is prohibited.
• In the event of a fair play violation, the account will be permanently closed and winnings may be voided.

4.3 Technical Issues

If a bet or game is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, server issues, or other technical errors, aa9 will attempt to refund the stake or determine the game result in accordance with applicable policy. aa9 reserves the right to make the final decision in such situations.

5.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on aa9:

• Use of the platform or registration by a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Opening an account using a false or another person's identity.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in the gaming system for gain.
• Threatening, harassing, or insulting other users.
• Conducting fraudulent activities using the aa9 name or brand.
• Deliberately placing low-risk bets with the intent to abuse bonuses.

6.1 Collection of Personal Information

aa9 collects your personal information for the purpose of registration and providing services. This information includes your name, mobile number, email address, payment-related information, and records of gaming activity. 6.2 Data Security

7.1 Account Closure by the User

7.2 Account Closure by aa9

aa9 may temporarily or permanently close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, deception, or money laundering.
• Registration using false or fabricated information.
• Use of the account by a minor.
• Extended inactivity (beyond the period defined by policy).

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, aa9 reserves the right to confiscate the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it. Whether the user's own deposited cash balance will be returned will be considered based on the circumstances.

8.1 Limitation of Liability

aa9 will not be held responsible for the following:

• Any loss caused by loss of internet connection or technical issues.
• Any loss caused by software errors from third-party game providers.
• Any financial loss caused by the user's own negligence or mistakes.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized third-party access to the account (where the user's own carelessness is the cause).

8.2 Service Availability

aa9 strives to maintain the highest service standards. However, the service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or unexpected technical issues. In such situations, aa9 will work to restore the service as quickly as possible.

8.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge that online gaming and betting involve financial risk. You are knowingly and voluntarily accepting these risks. aa9 advises you to play only with money that, if lost, will not negatively affect your daily life.

9.1 Changes to Terms

aa9 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. 9.2 Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. We will make every effort to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. If our support team is unable to resolve the matter, it will be escalated to senior management.

9.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between aa9 and the user. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in full effect.
